Business Intelligence

Job Description

- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Translate data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.

- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.

- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data in the context of business objectives and company needs.

- Able to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations, not just reporting or managing data.

- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in BSD, Tangerang.

- Available to join immediately (ASAP).
