Job description for Business Intelligence IT Data Senior Jakarta at Integrasi Optimal Visitama (IOV)
Candidat must ready to work immediately (No one month notice please), On Site Jakarta.
Core Responsibilities
o Expert in SQL for data collect and managing
o Perform daily data quality monitoring across data assets and Power BI (dataset, dataflow, semantic model) refreshes.
o Expert in PowerBI, able to detect, log, and track data quality breaches and Power BI refresh failures
o Act as first-line RCA support: analyze failures using SQL, refresh logs, and pipeline signals; escalate with clear evidence.
o Validate data timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and consistency against defined DQ rules and SLAs.
Technical Execution
o Write and maintain SQL queries for data validation, anomaly detection, and RCA investigations.
o Implement and operate data quality checks using Pushkin, Great Expectations, or equivalent frameworks.
o Support Power BI failure analysis (refresh history, gateway issues, upstream dependency checks).
o Produce concise DQ evidence: query outputs, before/after comparisons, impact assessment.
Operational & Administrative Ownership
o Maintain DQ documentation: Confluence pages, rule inventories, severity definitions, RCA logs.
o Update incident records, monitoring dashboards, and remediation status trackers.
o Support coordination with BI, DE, and Data Owners during incidents and post-mortems.
o Ensure DQ artifacts are audit-ready and current (rules, thresholds, ownership, SLAs).
Operational & Administrative Ownership

Reporting & Communication
o Daily operational monitoring summary (issues detected, status, next actions).
o Weekly DQ status reporting (trends, recurring issues, SLA adherence).
o Monthly DQ compilation (rule coverage, incidents, RCA themes, improvement actions).
Cross-channel collaboration:
o Handle day-to-day request and new business cases from multiple stakeholders, ensuring their data needs are met promptly and accurately.
o Connect and collaborate with various teams not only internal but also 3rd party agency relates to brief and solutions.
o Ensure effective communication and collaboration to align on goals and strategies, providing data insights that support decision-making across departments.
Other:
• excellent in operate PowerBI and any SQL front end tools (snowflake preferable)
• capable of operating and generating custom reporting from PowerBI .
• Having a familiarity with powerautomate or any automation orchestration tools is a bonus.
