Job description for Business Intelligence Analyst at Lima
About the position:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Growth department. As such you will assist in generating actionable insights as well as provide solutions to key stakeholders.
Your main responsibility is the continuous improvement of the LIMA platform (PERQARA) by identifying gaps and detect patterns that can lead to new verticals. In addition, you will provide ad hoc analyses and contribute to the monthly review of our financial statements.
The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses above all common sense, strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with uncertainty and has the ability to simplify complex information to key stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
Must have:
- Degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Math
- Experience with some Reporting Tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Excellent SQL skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Self-starter
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in Consulting, Finance, FMCG, Supply Chain Management
- Python, R
- Data Science

The interview is being conducted in English and will also feature a case study.
