Job description for Business Inteligence at PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia

Job Description :

Develop, maintain, and optimize databases to support business reporting and analytics.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and key metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Support forecasting, business analysis, and strategic initiatives through data visualization and performance analysis.

General Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experience with BI visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders; knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a plus.
