Role Description:
As a Business Executive at Allianz, you will harness your entrepreneurial skills to develop and manage your own insurance portfolio. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, assessing client needs, recommending and customizing insurance products, and building lasting client relationships. Staying abreast of industry trends and surpassing sales targets will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a strong network to create new leads and grow your client base.
2. Conduct thorough evaluations to identify insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
3. Educate clients on a range of insurance products and their benefits.
4. Customize insurance solutions to align with clients' specific goals and financial plans.
5. Maintain continuous communication with clients to offer support and additional services.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Minimum Diploma in any field.
2. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
3. Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
4. Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
5. Certification: Ability to obtain relevant insurance certifications (e.g., life insurance license).
