Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business English Trainer to deliver high-quality training to our corporate (B2B) and government (B2G) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong teaching skills, a professional demeanor, and the flexibility to travel to client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Business English training for professionals.
- Customize lesson plans based on client needs and industry-specific language requirements.
- Conduct both in-person and online sessions as needed.
- Provide feedback and progress reports to clients.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit various professional backgrounds and learning styles.
Requirements:
- English proficiency: Minimum B2 level (CEFR), preferably C1 or higher.
- Teaching experience: At least 2 years of experience in ESL/EFL, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus).
- Mobility: Willing to travel to client offices for in-person training sessions.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
