Job description for Business Director at Data Arts Xperience
About the company:We are digital advertising company dealing with Big Data and the technology. We are a joint venture with D.A.Consortium in Japan and established in 2015. To expand our current business, we are looking for new staffs.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven director of business development to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. The responsibilities of the director of business development include recommending ways to improve operations planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of key business developments. You should also be able to assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data.
Job Responsibilities:
・Establish effective goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the organization and increase revenue.
・Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
・Negotiate with suppliers and clients to determine the best deal for the company. Manage sales and work out the best way to market the organization's goods or services to new clients.
・Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs. Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
・Analyze financial statements and audit summaries to oversee the organization's financial and budgetary activities, so that can make recommendations for improvement and see where the company is failing and succeeding in terms of revenue.
Requirements:
・Writing, communication, and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Indonesia.
・Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
・Strong passions and interests in Marketing field, especially in data driven marketing, Big Data and AI etc.
・Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
・Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
・Exceptional leadership and management skills.
・Effective communication and negotiation skills.
・Strong business acumen, detail-oriented and persuasive.
・5+ year experience in digital marketing or equivalent experience
・5+ year experience in a marketing area in advertising agency or brand’s marketing division or equivalent experience
