Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new store partners, stockists, and outright-purchase resellers
- Find relevant running events, sports events, and bazaars for booth opportunities
- Handle outreach, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and follow-up
- Maintain relationships and generate repeat orders from existing partners
- Achieve B2B acquisition and sales targets
Qualifications :
- Proactive, persistent, and target-driven
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable approaching new businesses and potential partners
- Able to manage leads and follow-ups systematically
Experience in B2B Sales , partnership , event activation is a preferred plus point :
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnership, or event activation
- Has an existing network of sports stores, optical stores, lifestyle retailers, resellers, or event organizers
- Familiar with running events, sports exhibitions, and local bazaars
- Experience handling wholesale or consignment partnerships
More About this Role :
This is a commercially focused role with clear acquisition and sales targets. You will play an important part in expanding Unstoppable Culture’s offline presence and developing new revenue channels beyond direct-to-consumer sales.
Work setup : 70% Hybrid , 30% WFO
