JOB DESC:
Membuka & mengembangkan kemitraan dengan seller, brand, dan platform e-commerce.
Menganalisis tren pasar & peluang bisnis untuk strategi ekspansi EZ Pickup.
Memimpin & mengembangkan tim BD agar mencapai target pertumbuhan.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (operasional, produk, marketing) untuk solusi terbaik.
Menjadi jembatan antara klien & EZ Pickup, memastikan layanan tepat sasaran.
JOB REQ:
pengalaman 2-5 tahun di bidang Business Development, Partnership, atau Strategic Growth.
Pemikir strategis yang mampu mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis berbasis data & analisis pasar
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai negosiator, mahir membangun hubungan bisnis jangka panjang & menjelaskan nilai tambah tanpa pendekatan hard selling.
Problem solver & decision maker, siap menghadapi tantangan dan menemukan solusi terbaik.
Komunikasi yang baik dan nyaman bekerja lintas tim untuk memastikan eksekusi strategi yang sukses.
