Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and business groups.
2. Promote tour packages, business trips, and study tours to China.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
4. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers.
5. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Represent the company at travel fairs, expos, and networking events.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
8. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Experience in sales, business development, or travel industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Knowledge of the China travel market and business culture.
4. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
5. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
