Job description for Business Development at The Bridge Academy Indonesia

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to conduct market research and data analysis.
  • Experience in the training industry is a plus.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proactive, highly initiative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Having a broad network in the related industry is an advantage.
