Join our team as a Business Development
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide data analysis and prepare presentations to support business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to generate performance and competitor reports.
- Assist in proposal preparation, sales materials, and client presentations
- Support event organization and client meetings.
- Liaise with training departments to generate completion reports for clients.
- Assist in the development and management of public training annual calendars.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met in line with strategic goals.
- Prepare monthly reports, including KPI data.
- Evaluate client competence system and documentation
- Provide input and suggestions to improve assessment results.
- Organize competency assessment event for client.
- Manage competence assurance and assessment documentation for client.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a business development or administrative support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
Skills/Knowledge
- Proficiency in data analysis, administration and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
- Proposal development and RFP response
- Marketing collateral creation and presentation support
- Project coordination and administrative support
- Understanding of market research methodologies
- Assessment practices
