🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Nobel Edu Indonesia’s international study programs.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, universities, language institutions, communities, and educational organizations.
• Establish new student acquisition channels through institutional collaborations and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities within the international education sector.
• Draft partnership proposals and deliver compelling presentations to prospective partners.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure sustainable collaboration.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports on partnership progress, market trends, and overall business growth performance.
📌 Qualifications:
• Age: 25–40 years old.
• Languages: Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (exceptional written and spoken communication skills are mandatory for international partner relations).
• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, B2B Sales, or Education Consultancy.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Networking: Proven ability to establish and leverage relationships with educational institutions and communities.
• Mindset: Proactive, target-oriented, and analytically minded.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
