Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the conversion rate of products and services.
- Identify and develop B2B business opportunities through prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing partnerships with companies and institutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and build strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Optimize organic channels through funnel development, audience engagement, and relevant approaches to drive purchases.
- Create, revise, and evaluate advertising materials regularly to support campaign performance.
- Monitor KPI achievement, analyze performance, and provide regular reports and improvement recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Executive, Partnership, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Solid understanding of the business development and sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of sales funnels and conversion rates.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with clients and business partners.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
