Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Real Estate or Property Development.
- Strong knowledge of the property industry, including property development and construction processes.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of landed housing, condominium, commercial, mall, and township development, including business planning, feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial projections.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare analytical reports, feasibility studies, and business plans to support future property development projects.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management and key stakeholders based on business plans and project feasibility analyses.
- Develop business and sales projections aligned with market trends, customer behavior, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research by gathering and analyzing data on industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Perform product benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in terms of quality, design, pricing, and market positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, business partners, and commercial tenants to support business growth and project success.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, including project planning, timeline management, cross-functional coordination, and successful product launches.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project Development, to translate business plans into market-driven products and effective marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support business decisions and communicate project progress to management.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
