Ganusa Creative is a creative division under Ganusa Lion Perkasa, focused on delivering strategic and high-quality visual content for brands across digital platforms.
Now, we are currently looking for a Business Development to join our growing team in Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new client leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Lead pitches, write business proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
- Build long-term client relationships and explore market expansion opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to support company growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of proven work experience sales, business development, or a related role is a plus.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching new people and building relationships.
- Interested in the creative and digital marketing industry.
- Familiar with social media and digital marketing services.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Good English communication skills, especially for international clients.
