**Location: Citra Raya, Cikupa, Tangerang**
Job Description
* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities and growth strategies.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate business initiatives and pilot projects to improve branch performance.
* Monitor branch performance, identify challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
* Coordinate partnership implementation and support branch operations.
* Prepare and analyze business performance reports, including sales, royalties, and inventory, to provide actionable insights.
* Present recommendations during business review meetings and act as a liaison between HQ and branches.
Requirements:
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Passionate about business strategy, market research, and business growth.
* Able to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
* Willing to travel for business needs.
* Willing to work **on-site at our Citra Raya, Cikupa location**.
