About the Role
Toteme Glamping Kintamani is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow occupancy, partnerships, and revenue at our glamping property in Kintamani, Bangli, Bali, with views of Mount Batur.
You will be the driving force behind our growth: opening new sales channels, building partnerships, and making sure Toteme is known to both domestic and international travelers.
Key responsibilities
• Identify and close partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, communities, corporate clients, and event organizers (gatherings, retreats, weddings, pre-wedding shoots).
• Plan and execute sales and promotional strategies to hit monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with partners and corporate clients, including proposals, price negotiation, and follow-ups.
• Work with the marketing and operations teams on stay packages, activity bundles, and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing in Kintamani and nearby areas, and share insights with management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, conversion, and sales results.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or F&B.
• Experience or an existing network with travel agents, OTAs, or event organizers is a strong plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong negotiation skills, target-driven, and proactive in finding opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with a basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Willing to be based in Kintamani. A valid driver's license and your own vehicle are a plus.
