Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development professional, based in Bekasi, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to grow the business. The individual will also analyze market trends and provide insight into areas of growth for the organization while ensuring excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and building strong client relationships
- Market Research skills to understand target audiences and competitor landscapes
- Commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
