Requirements
- Having working experience at F&B Industry is preferred
- Proven experience in Business Development, Expansion, or a related role
- Have a strong network for commercial property/outlet locations
- Have connections with potential investors is a strong advantage
- Excellent negotiation and communication skill
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
