We are looking for a Business Development (KOL & KOC Specialist) to join our team at COLORROSE. If you’re ready to turn your passion for beauty into a exciting career, keep reading!
✨ What you’ll actually be doing:
Building relationships: Reaching out to, chatting with, and onboarding awesome KOLs and KOCs who fit our vibe.
Running campaigns: Planning and executing fun product seedings, reviews, and influencer campaigns from start to finish.
Tracking what works: Keeping an eye on how campaigns perform, tracking the numbers, and figuring out how we can do even better.
Staying trendy: Keeping up with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral beauty aesthetics.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
A bit of experience: At least 1 year working with influencers, KOLs, or social media management (even better if it’s in beauty or fashion!).
Great energy & communication: You love talking to people, you’re a natural at negotiation, and you know how to pitch a brand.
Tech & Platform savvy: You know your way around TikTok, IG, and whatever software/tools are needed to track metrics and find creators.
An eye for detail: You’re super organized, care about the little things, and don't let small mistakes slip through the cracks.
The right vibe: You’re hardworking, self-motivated, and love presenting yourself well—you’ll be the face of our brand to many creators, so a polished, professional, and confident appearance is key!
