Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire high-quality commercial property listings aligned with company needs and market demand.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, landlords, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and monitor commercial property trends and opportunities.
- Perform property scouting, site visits, and location analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding property availability, pricing, and negotiation progress.
- Assist in property negotiations and transaction processes with property owners or related parties.
- Prepare property reports, market updates, and database management.
- Ensure all property data and documents are properly updated and organized.
- Achieve acquisition targets and support the company's business growth.
- Maintain good relationships with partners to expand property networks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in the commercial property or real estate industry.
- Able to speak English.
- Able to drive (Valid SIM A).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to source and identify quality commercial properties.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive in finding new property opportunities.
- A good understanding of industrial property market trends is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Basic Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
- Willing to conduct field visits and property surveys as needed.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to be placed in Cengkareng.
