Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in HRIS, HR Tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing.
- Understand HRIS solutions, software workflows, integrations, and technical concepts to translate customer needs into business solutions.
- Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work on our office in Wiyung, Surabaya
