• Pendidikan Min. S1 Jurusan Manajemen, Bisnis, Ilmu Komunikasi, Ekonomi, atau Teknik Industri.

• Pengalaman min. 3-4 tahun dibidang yang sama

• Pemikiran analitis (mampu membuat analisis berdasarkan data yang mendorong pengambilan keputusan).

• Pemecahan masalah intuitif (memahami dan memikirkan masalah bisnis yang kompleks).

• Keunggulan dalam komunikasi (kemampuan untuk berkolaborasi dan berkomunikasi secara efisien dan efektif)
