- Business Development – Liquid Vape (Daydream) & Nicotine Gum (Chewyz)
Daydream is a fast-growing vape liquid brand focused on long-term growth, strong market positioning, and sustainable brand expansion. Alongside Chewyz, our modern nicotine gum brand, we are committed to delivering innovative nicotine products for adult consumers.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development (experience in the vape industry is a strong advantage)
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, market analysis, and business development
- Understanding of marketing strategy, and branding.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition, pipeline management, and consultative selling
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, vape stores, and key clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities :
1) Business & Growth Strategy - Develop, analyze and execute comprehensive business and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, sales growth, and new client acquisition
- Design, drive, and oversee the execution of business and sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics
- Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and opportunity assessments to support business expansion
- Define value-based and competitive pricing strategies to improve profitability and market penetration
2) Client Development & Relationship Management - Lead new client development and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Engage clients through solution-oriented consultations to address business needs
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and distributors
- Capture industry trends, market feedback, and customer insights to support strategic planning
3) Marketing, Campaign & Brand Management - Oversee the development of promotional materials and brand communications
- Strengthen and protect Daydream’s & Chewyz brand equity through coherent, targeted, and strategically aligned marketing initiatives
