Job description for Business Development at Overheard Beauty Universe
Supports Oh Beauty's growth by developing sponsorship and partnership opportunities across events and collaborations. This role builds partner relationships, prepares tailored proposals, and helps turn partner objectives into meaningful activations with creative and marketing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive year-round sponsorship and partnership opportunities across Oh Beauty’s events, roadshows, and content platforms.
- Build and manage a targeted sponsor pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver partnership pitches and proposals tailored to brand objectives.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to integrate sponsor needs into event concepts and activations.
- Conduct market and trend research to inform partnership strategies and commercial offerings.
- Propose innovative activation ideas aligned with Oh Beauty’s positioning.
- Track and evaluate partnership performance and activation effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sponsorship, Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience in events, media, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Proven ability to prepare and present pitch decks or partnership proposals.
- Basic understanding of sponsorship, partnership, or brand activation concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Comfortable working with targets, pipelines, and performance tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
