- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development-related roles - with proven strength in Basic Excel, project management, and prompting.
- Autonomous, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Willing to work during holidays with a shift-based work schedule.
- All areas in Indonesia are welcome to apply – willing to relocate to Malang, Jawa Timur
Job Descriptions:
- Manage financial calculations and track performance metrics.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of data across various business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and processes.
- Oversee the execution of reward and compensation programs
- Conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
