Job Title: Business Development – Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Assist in creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to address technical queries and build trust in our solutions. Act as a key point of contact during pre-sales discussions.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client pain points to help position our products effectively.
  • Administration: Handle sales-related administrative tasks, such as documentation, CRM updates, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team in campaign planning, content creation, and events as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
  • Experience with CRM software and proposal writing.
  • Fast learner, high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Prior experience in a presales or sales support role, especially in cybersecurity or tech, is preferred but not required.
