🔎 Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct negotiations and close deals
- Develop market expansion strategies
- Perform market and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing teams
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any major), preferably in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably in logistics or FMCG
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure
- Strong network is a plus
- Willing to travel as needed
