Role Description:
Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of B2B sales, experience in selling IT solutions or services, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions/services.
- Handle the sales process from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or IT Sales.
- Experience selling IT services or technology solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work on-site and attend client meetings when required.
