- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to coordinate effectively across different divisions
* Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work in a structured manner
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Adaptable to dynamic working environments
* Interested in operational and business process improvement
* Familiarity with operational workflows or data analysis is an advantage
* Willing to conduct site visits or operational monitoring out of town when required
* Have good driving skills with a valid driver’s license (SIM A) is an advantage
