Job description for Business Development at Riliv
- Manage and lead B2C and B2B marketing and sales team to drive and meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets
- Strategically partner with both business and technical teams internally and externally to identify technology solutions.
- Understand and communicate market opportunities, trends, needs, and partner feedback to cross-functional teams
- Define partnerships strategies and execute on go-to-market plans
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture.
- Perform strategic partnership meetings and close deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/related major
- Max. age 30 years old
- At least 2 year of marketing, sales or business development work experience, at least 1 year in the supervisory position
- Strong systematic thinking skills
- High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- Passionate about networking and expanding relation coverage.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent business knowledge and understand how to apply it to achieve growth targets
