LOWONGAN KERJA - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Kami sedang mencari Business Development Executive full time untuk mengembangkan lini bisnis Corporate Training, dengan target market business owner & content creator.

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Mencari dan mengembangkan calon klien (business owner & content creator)

2. Melakukan pitching program corporate training ke calon klien

3. Membangun dan menjaga relasi dengan klien existing maupun prospek baru

4. Menyusun proposal, penawaran, dan follow-up negosiasi

5. Mencapai target closing/deal sesuai KPI yang ditetapkan

6. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk eksekusi training/event

7. Membuat laporan pipeline & progress calon klien secara rutin

Kualifikasi:

1. Berpengalaman di bidang Business Development / Sales / Partnership

2. Percaya diri melakukan presentasi & pitching ke klien (business owner, C-level, atau content creator)

3. Memiliki network atau kemampuan membangun relasi bisnis dengan cepat

4. Komunikatif, persuasif, dan target-oriented

5. Familiar dengan dunia digital creator/influencer/corporate event jadi nilai plus

6. Bersedia on-site di BSD, Tangerang
