Responsibilities:

• Design and implement optimal strategies to ensure seamless and sustainable product development operations.
• Analyze and resolve product-related issues within established deadlines.
• Review and recommend new strategies to enhance the product development process.
• Present innovative product ideas and concepts to management.
• Collaborate with managers to prepare documentation and specifications related to product design.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in market research activities.
• Provide expert recommendations on product development procedures.
• Update and refine products based on market demands.
• Maintain product requirements and manage technical and functional documentation for reference.
• Successfully deliver product development projects within the allocated budget and timeline.
• Ensure the final product meets customer needs and expectations.
• Enhance the quality of the development process while maintaining productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Business Development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English is a plus.
