Role Description
On behalf of our client in International Logistic Company, this is a contract, on-site BD Specialist (Sales) role based in PIK 2, Jakarta Utara. The BD Specialist (Sales) will identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners, promote and present the company’s logistics services to prospective clients, prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and business agreements, also monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Having minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Executive, Marketing, or a similar role, preferably within logistics, shipping, cargo, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and proactive, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new client opportunities.
- Willing to work 6 days at PIK 2, Jakarta Utara.
