International Business Development Specialist
About the Role
PT Shengnuowei Fluid Equipment Indonesia is exploring opportunities to expand into international markets, particularly Europe and Australia.
We are looking for an experienced International Business Development professional to help identify market opportunities, develop market entry strategies, and build the foundation for our future international expansion.
What You'll Do
* Research and identify business opportunities in Europe and Australia.
* Explore potential distributors, business partners, and industrial customers.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments.
* Identify export requirements, market regulations, certifications, and business compliance needed for each target market.
* Support the development of international market entry strategies and business expansion plans.
* Coordinate with internal teams and overseas principals on international business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in International Business Development, Export, Market Development, or related roles.
* Experience developing new business opportunities or expanding into overseas markets is highly preferred.
* Strong research, communication, and business development skills.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written). English is our daily working language.
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, or engineering industries is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with distributors, international partners, or export markets.
* Knowledge of international trade, export/import procedures, and market entry strategies.
* Existing network in Europe and/or Australia is a plus.
