Business Development Specialist (Analyst)
- Conduct market sizing and demand analysis to identify high-potential expansion areas
- Lead end-to-end feasibility studies for new outlet openings (CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, BEP, payback period)
- Analyze unit economics, including COGS, margins, and contribution per product/outlet
- Develop sales forecasts and business projections using historical data and market trends
- Define, track, and optimize key business KPIs (growth rate, revenue per outlet, profitability)
- Perform deep-dive analysis on outlet performance to identify underperforming and high-performing units
- Deliver data-driven recommendations on pricing strategy, site selection, and expansion initiatives
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) for business monitoring
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance against F&B/retail industry standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams and management to support strategic decision-making
