Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, results-driven, and customer-focused Enterprise Sales & Client Engagement Specialist to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and acting as a key communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
You will also play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
- Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable insights for internal teams.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical, and operations) to deliver optimal solutions.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales metrics to evaluate and improve current strategies.
- Support and guide sales team members in handling client interactions.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, software house, SaaS, or B2B cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Experience in leading client meetings, presentations, or stakeholder management is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling business language.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
