Key Responsibilities
• Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Project Management: Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to upper management.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or project sales, preferably in physical access control solution and or electronic ticketing system
Skills:
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
