Job description for Business Development Operations Manager at PT Green City Traffic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive strategic initiatives to increase sales, expand market presence, and establish the brand as a market leader.
2. Lead and optimize the end-to-end driver lifecycle, focusing heavily on massive recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
3. Manage, motivate, and mentor a large team of field agents, operations staff, and drivers to meet strict performance and sales targets.
4. Oversee daily network operations to ensure high fulfillment rates, low cancellations, and exceptional service reliability.
5. Analyze sales, acquisition, and operational data to maintain performance dashboards; report key growth metrics directly to senior management.
6. Collaborate closely with product, tech, finance, and China-based management to align business development goals with overall company strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2–3 years of solid leadership experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial, or Operations Management (any industry is welcome, startup experience is a plus).
2. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
3. Highly mobile and completely comfortable traveling directly to field branches to evaluate and support sales performance.
4. Highly adaptable, self-driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision in a startup setting.
5. Experience managing large teams of 30+ people (drivers, field agents, or operations staff).
6. Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing promotion campaigns, or scaling user/driver acquisition.
7. Preferably available to join immediately or within two weeks notice period.
8. Willing to work Monday–Saturday (09:00–18:00)
