Job description for Business Development Officer at PT Bahtera Digital Komunikasi
Responsibility:
- Contribute to the company's client-side revenue targets through proactive acquisition of new clients.
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and gross profit goals.
- Actively seek and acquire new clients, identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a dynamic lead pipeline using methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging referrals.
- Achieve individual sales targets while collaborating closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to support the overall sales goals of the Business Development Team.
- Drive lead generation, coordinate appointments, and assist in crafting persuasive sales decks for presenting the company’s services to potential clients.
- Contribute to business growth by acquiring new clients and supporting the expansion of existing client accounts.
- Work closely with the Campaign & Strategy Planner to contribute insights for business proposals, facilitating successful solutions selling to new clients.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Account Team to ensure smooth transitions for all new businesses, promoting strong delivery and effective client handling for sustainable business growth.
- Colloborate with Account Team, recognizing chances for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirement:
- Proficient in English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the creative & digital agency, ideally in a business development role or a related position.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive business development initiatives in a dynamic market.
- Possesses a growing network and a developing client database.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with industry trends and an appreciation for creative concepts.
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt and innovate in response to changing client and industry demands.
- Willingness to work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and contribute to team success.
