Job Description
Fast8 is looking for a driven, proactive, and target-oriented Business Development Officer to play a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth through active sales efforts, lead generation, and customer relationship management. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Your responsibilities include:
- Presenting, promoting, and selling the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs within assigned deadlines.
- Following up with prospects and handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Updating sales activities, pipelines, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Monitoring customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Providing feedback and recommendations to improve products, services, and application features based on customer insights.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, referrals, and other business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Candidates must be based in Yogyakarta, Solo, or nearby areas.
