Job description for Business development Marketing at Ilya Consulting
Drive client acquisition and manage the sales pipeline across the firm's advisory services, while coordinating external partnerships and event execution to support the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities across ILYA's core products (CFIR, Company Financial Health Report, Sector Landscape Report, and related advisory services)
- Manage the full BD cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitch coordination, proposal support, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, referral partners, and collaborators (e.g., law firms, advisory partners)
- Coordinate referrals across the firm's service lines
- Plan and execute client-facing events and represent ILYA at industry gatherings
- Support pipeline tracking, contract preparation, and other business development administration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field. Candidates with strong marketing experience in lieu of a directly related degree will also be considered
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, written and verbal
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and corporate decision-makers
- Organized, able to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, able to work independently in a small-team, boutique firm setting
