Job descriptions:
- Identify and acquire new clients to achieve business growth targets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct business meetings and negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and provide suitable solutions based on the company's products or services.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client service.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners to support business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel for client meetings when necessary.
