Business Development (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

· Making effective business and marketing plans, collaborating with professional speakers to improve business or collaborate with various parties to conduct training with interesting topics.

· Organize seminars / training

· Develop existing strategies & growth plans for business & facility utilization

· Update with industry trends both locally and internationally

· Identify training needs in consultation with stakeholders

· Develop and provide training solutions that meet business needs

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.

· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

· Excellent communication skills in English

· Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST

· Good ability to negotiate and communicate.

· Marketing skills, particularly through social media.

· Good presentation skills and understanding of financial calculations.

· Ability to provide a vision for company growth, identify new business opportunities and new market opportunities

· Ability to work under pressure with good time management and multitasking skills.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Creative, highly motivated to learn & grow in the consulting business, especially in the fields of taxation & training.
