We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. This role will be pivotal in strengthening brand presence and increasing profitability across multiple business units, including AAI, DOLAN, and KAWISARI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business development initiatives for AAI, DOLAN, and KAWISARI to drive revenue growth and market expansion (B2B & B2C).
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels relevant to each brand.
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with key clients, partners, vendors, and strategic stakeholders.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and brand positioning.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify emerging trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and commercial agreements for potential partners and corporate clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Marcom teams on brand campaigns, promotions, activations, and events for AAI, DOLAN, and KAWISARI.
- Monitor business performance across brands, track sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the brands in business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial roles; experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, lifestyle, or creative industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in handling partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, market awareness, and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Bali and work on-site.
