The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing business strategies, leading negotiations and coordinating efforts across various teams.
· Researching and building relationships with new clients, ensuring stakeholder alignment and developing pricing strategies.
· Understand clients needs, foster positive relationships and perform market analysis to identify new opportunities for client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree from any major.
· At least 2 years successful experience in Business Development, Sales or related areas.
· Experienve working in digital agency or similar industry.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
· Proven track record of achieving targets.
· Fluency in English, both oral and written.
