🌊 We're Hiring: Business Development Manager — Subsea & Offshore Survey Services
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the subsea and offshore survey industry, serving clients across Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, and marine service providers in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate will drive business development initiatives, build strategic relationships with operators, K3S/PSC holders, and consortium partners, and identify new opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
The successful candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the SKK Migas tender ecosystem, and the ability to develop and execute effective bid strategies from opportunity identification through successful project award.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue tender opportunities with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, and government-related entities within the SKK Migas ecosystem
• Develop and maintain relationships with operators, K3S/PSC holders, EPC contractors, and potential consortium/JO partners
• Lead the end-to-end tender process, including prequalification, technical & commercial proposal preparation, bid submission, and negotiation
• Develop winning bid strategies, pricing approaches, and partnership structures
• Maintain existing client relationships and secure repeat business
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geophysics, Business, or related fields
✔ Minimum 5–7 years of Business Development experience in Oil & Gas, offshore, marine, or related service industries
✔ Proven experience handling SKK Migas tenders (CIVD, prequalification, and bid submission)
✔ Knowledge of subsea survey, IRM, ROV, or diving services is a strong advantage
✔ Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Established network within the Indonesian Oil & Gas ecosystem is highly preferred
✔ Experience in coordinating consortium/JO partnerships for tender submissions is an advantage
✔ Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
📍 Location: Jakarta (with willingness to travel for client visits and project sites)
