• University graduate or above

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the education, training, e-learning, or service industry

• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, sales, or business development

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Interested in working in the education field

• Able to speak and write in English

• Computer literate and able to utilize digital tools effectively

• Basic mathematics and analytical skills

• Has a wide professional network and relationship-building ability

• Experience in e-learning, training services, or educational products is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and action plans to increase company awareness and generate business opportunities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets

• Promote and expand the company's training and e-learning services

• Develop and execute marketing and business development campaigns from planning to implementation

• Explore and optimize various acquisition channels to increase sales and customer engagement

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, agencies, schools, universities, and other relevant organizations

• Conduct presentations, meetings, and proposals to prospective clients and partners

• Manage the sales process from lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, to contract signing

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

• Prepare and monitor marketing and business development budgets

• Achieve business development and revenue targets set by the company

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery

• Supervise and support junior team members

This content aims to strengthen the basic math skills of elementary school students which include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and distribution through the Surala e-learning program. The application of the Surala e-learning program has been carried out in several schools in the city of Bandung since February 2016 and continues to the present.

The results of this application show that increasing the speed and accuracy of counting students and students who are accustomed to counting quickly and precisely, without using fingers.
