Responsibilities:
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Approaching and contacting the potential new business.
- Helping and working closely with Business Development Executive.
- Lead the projects within the internal team and to external clients.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with potential new business.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new business.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Agency (Media/Creative) in Business Development or Account experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Passionate in building relationships with clients.
- Fluent in BAhasa Indonesia and English (written & oral).
- Ability to work independently but also be a good team player.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and nurture a team (proactive and initiative).
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
